This site is mainly operated to looking for new tenants of apartments owned by me.
If you rent one of "STUDIO"s via this site, no brokerage/agent fee will be charged since it will be a direct contract with the owner.

My apartment is conveniently located near the train station, and is reasonably priced.
My landlord, Keiichiro Matsumoto, has been very helpful to me.
He always quickly assists me with any concerns that I have about my apartment, and
he has also helped me in ways that a landlord doesn't have to do.
Many times he has taken me to the hospital to help translate so I can communicate
with doctors. Without his help, I would have been in big trouble.

"Je suis venue au Japon pour une periode de 6 mois, dans l`appartement Studio Nr 301.
L appartement etait en excellent etat, spacieux pour une personne, avec toutes les
commodites, et a 10 min de la gare a pieds. Un combini se trouve de l autre cote de la rue,
il y a un peu de traffic, mais on s habitue et on est pas la pour rester en appartement
de toute facon. Le proprietaire, Mr Matsumoto est extrement gentil, serviable et aimable.
Il m a aide dans toutes mes demarches, jusqu a m emmener a l hospital en urgence.
J ai passer un agreable sejour, et aucun doute que je reviendrais a asakadai,
